Shane Miranda
Having run the Maintenance department in Kirby Kuwait for 5 years allowed Shane to get into the Mechanical, Hydraulic, Electrical, pneumatic and all other aspects that govern the running of the machinery.
Has developed ground breaking technology such as secondary / Z purlin variable lap saving about 2% in purlin raw material. Marking on end plates / beams to radically reduce the fabricators job giving boost to his productivity by about 15%. Automated Surface cleaning and Painting of primary members ensures that the paint transfer efficiency and output are optimum.
fabART has embarked on the next milestone of a Robotic welding cell for primary members which will reduce the manual welding of components drastically. Manpower reduction is targeted at a whopping 50%.
